Keep materials that you use often in "My private files"

"Private" files are not necessarily "private" in the sense that other people cannot see them. They are "private" in the sense that they belong to you as a user rather than to any particular course. You can point to the same file from multiple courses without having to upload it multiple times.

Instructions
- In the Navigation open the "My profile" area
- Click on "My private files"
- Create folders, add files, and organize things as desired
- You will be able to add these materials to any course on Moodle
